Home Users

Off-site support (service desk, telephone, email, vnc) £20 per hour
On-site support (personal visit) £30 per hour

Business Users

Business users are charged slightly more for support to account for the extra complexity of business IT infrastructure and increased level of liability insurance. These prices are for one-off jobs. For longer term support contracts please look at our business contracts.
